Hi all, I am 23 from CT. Recently diagnosed with MS. I have been looking into alternative paths of healing and have read a lot about the benefits of going raw. I contacted a raw foods center in CT where they offer classes on how to go raw. The uy who runs it has RA himself, for 20+ yrs and told me he has no sympoms/pain. He also told me about a lady who attended the course and after implementing the lifesyle didnt need her walker anymore.

SO I googled raw foods forums and found this one, it all looks very interesting but I have a few problems. I love meat and have grown up on curries, fast foods and bar-b-ques meats. I need some help imlementing this.

Also if anyone on here has MS or knows of someone with MS whos been sucessful id appreciate your anecdotes. This is all just very confusing for me right now.

Some people has reversed that. Don't believe the medical system convincing you otherwise.

Here is a nice testimony:

If you dig around for recipes you will find you can make your own raw bbq sauce and do things like marinated portabello mushrooms....I used to eat fast food and then I was on the bus yesterday and a woman had a bag of mcdonald's and it smelled like dog food to me. Trust me, if you can get over the cravings you will find that raw food can be delicious. You can also make raw curries, although I have never tried - but the recipes are out there! Good luck to you!

Ash night, best of luck on your journey! I would suggest watching some documentaries on health, animals and the environment. I have always found these a great way of staying on track with the diet. Two documentaries which profoundly influenced me were "Earthlings" and "Our diet" by Mike Anderson. "Forks over knives" would be a good one to watch, too. Surround yourself in supportive people, see if you can join a vegan or raw food group in your area. I have always found facebook to be a great resource for finding like minded people close to where I live.

Best wishes. I am sure that once you start to see results, you will want to stay on track for sure :)
