Hey everyone,

Well I am starting to get to grips with all of my new fandangled kitchen gear - the dehydrator is definitely my favourite at the moment. So many delicious snacks to be made!

I really wanted to join the raw food challenge in November, but I've just realised that I'm going to be in Melbourne for that month and I'm not sure how easy it will be to be raw?

Does anyone have any tips for traveling and eating raw? Or "raw on the road", as you might call it?

Your help would be very much appreciated.

:kisses:

Hi, before I travel I check & see if there are raw food restaurants, Whole Foods and Farmers markets in the area. When I traveled to San Diego recently I had no problem staying raw. But when I went to KY this summer by the end of the trip I was eating crappy cooked food. I had brought a lot of raw food with me but ran low and got off track.
So do some research ahead of time, bring raw food with you if you can & be prepared to face cooked food "temptaions" while traveling that you might not normally have to deal with. Hopefully being prepared ahead of time will keep you on track.
