I just made this pie for dinner tonight. It is fantastic! Delicious and very filling. It is Karen Davis's recipe, and is posted on her website: www.rawdelights.com

Cactus,
I can answer one of those...Psillium husk is basically what metamucil is made of...it's a fiber supplement. Now, where you would find some in your health food store, I'm not really sure. But most likely you'll find it in the supplement section of your supermarket or health food store, as for sucanot....according to google, it's evaporated cane juice. Maybe someone else can tell us where to look for that...
Hope I helped!

Raw_Medic............. thanks, having said I couldn't find it, I did actually get some, but the other thing is a no go, if its a sweetener maybe I can use the agave, either way I'm always experimenting with recipes so I can always just give it a try and if it doesn't work try something else.
thanks again

Psyllum husk can be found powdered in the "laxative" section of your pharmasist section of your grocery store.
Sucanat, can be found in the "sugar" section of your grocery store.
At least both of these are in our two little stores in our little town, where we have ONLY two grocery stores in the entire town. LOL
Of course, our entire community is an alternative community, so what was I thinking? LOL

I left out the sucanot - I didn't have any, and it didn't need it.
