Hi there!
I've learned about raw nutrition this last year, while searching on youtube about diets. Soon I realized it was not a diet (or just a diet) and was thrilled about the health benefits it provided. After that all I search for and believe in is raw nutrition and I'm negative to everything concerns diets or curtain foods (like dairy). I'm convinced raw is the key ro everything. I haven't manage to follow it yet (still being trained my mind about it and managed 3 days raw just to detox a bit) but all this searching has surely filled up my refrigerator with living food. And since I hardly ever consumed living food, this is a win for me -at least for now. I haven't got any equipment yet like juicer or anything, so starting for good a raw diet seems like..."How am I going to manage for long if I haven't got variety?!". So at that point, I thought to join a raw forum to get more practical knowledge & advice and make some new friends to share raw talk & motivation.
And here I am!!
I thought to introduce myself, as next month, that is November 1st, I am going to join your '30 days raw'. Believe me this is going to be a difficult challenge for me.
I've got not a few health problems as long as I am slightly overweight, so let's see how it goes. Maybe, if anyone is interested, I could post any differences I notice on me after the 30 days challenge.
Talked much, leaving quickly :P
