I can't stand the taste of raw legume sprouts. Doesn't matter which one it is. I mean I can stand it alone but in a salad, it kinda kills it.
Is there a combination of flavors I can mix in to counter act the beany taste?
Does acidity from lemon or vinegar neutralize the bitterness and/or beany taste?
