If you absolutely must cook - sometimes there is a good reason - eg coffee enemas - on the gerson therapy treatment - what should you cook in. I just landed in UK and am staying at a friend's second home and he has old pans. My "healthy" radar went off! Is it best to cook coffee for coffee enemas in a copper pan? Or what? Please advise.
Gratefully

Wow, good question! Does he have ANY glass ones? You could even put a pyrex casserole dish in the oven, and boil it in there, I'd reckon!

Just a thought.

I think I remember reading on the Gerson site that while doing their THERAPY, not to use anything aluminum. BUT, when watching the movie the Gerson Miracle, I'm pretty sure that when they demonstrated the enema, they seemed to use an aluminum pot.
Sorry, I know that's not much help.
