View Full Version : What do you do if you have a craving for macaroni and cheese?

I usually do three days raw and then have 80% raw, with something like cooked potatoes for two days, then I go back to 100 percent raw.



Will I get detoxed like this?

Are you approaching Winter where you are located? Try to do a pasta with squash or pumpkin. It is so divine and delicious (raw of course).

There are many raw macaroni cheese version recipe.

I would consider to do a fast to reset your body and do a parasite clean (They are many time the one leading to unhealthy craving)

Try to commit to 100% raw for 30 days, many of your craving will fade away after this period.

Your body is craving for food to help for the winter. Do the squash and fall vegetables.

Here is a lovely recipe with sweet potato and it taste like a macaroni and cheese.

Grade a sweet potato.

For the sauce, use soaked macadamian nuts (1 cup), lemon juice, himalayan salt and either garlic or green onion. Add water if necessary and blend well with a high speed blender until smooth. Add nutritional yeast to give more cheese taste.

Blend your sauce with your sweet potato (use your hand). It is delicious if you feel like it to add corn and green peas.

I've got 'cheese slices' in the dehydrator right now. It's SO simple. In the vitamix, blend sunflower seeds with sweet red peppers, add salt and a bit of cayenne. I dehydrate it into slices or crackers but you can definitely use it as a sauce before it goes in the dehydrator. Pour that over maybe some cauliflower? or zucchini pasta?

Try taking 5 Chlorella tablets (a good chlorella brand) when the cravings occur and see what happens after 15 minutes. lt could possibly be a blood sugar problem. Also try to drink the tablets down with a high amino acid green drink like frehsly squeezed grass juice with kelp powder added before hand. Lots of protein in the drink to regulate blood sugar disorders, and with chlorella it should help balance the cravings.

So 60 ml of grass juice, 5 chlorella and 1 teaspoon of kelp = about 4 grams of the highest quality protein going directly into your system within about 30 minutes. lt should put you right in the drivers seat so you are the boss. lf you keep doing those type of things afew times a day you will blitz raw in no time.
