Hello all im new to raw but have know about it for awhile :) and can't wait to get started (im looking for a food dehydrator first but low on cash so we shall see!) I'm obsessed with skiing,love biking and i'm starting running. I am 14 and from new york and just having alout of stress in my life and i'm hopeing raw foods will ease some of it away for the time being :)

Hi there, Runraw! Just wanted to share a tip with you. I found my Excalibur dehydrator for $40 on craigslist. Lots of folks buy fancy appliances and then get bored with them rather quickly. In my case, it was a man moving to another country and he was getting rid of most of his things. I saw quite a few on there when I looked, so it might be worth your time to check it out.
