Last week or so,i've had weird sensations in my arms and legs mostly. Cold sensation feelings(even though body temp normal),light numbness, burning, very sensitive to touch and temperature(specially the legs). Its quite unusual..ive never experienced anything like it..I can still get around and move my muscles. i have had some nerve damage (M.S.). It is either that possibly or detox from my organic juicing...i've never experienced such sensitivity in my life..

As far as I know I have not heard of that kind of reaction from detox ... so my guess would be that it is M.S. related, but I could be wrong. Sorry that you are uncomfortable! Have you had any physical or psychological stress lately (other than normal stuff), perhaps you did something to your back that runs through your limbs?

May I ask why you titled the thread nerve regeneration? Are you looking for help to aide in that or are you thinking that may be what it is from the detox.

No,i even went to my chiropractor, and go regularly, back and spine are aligned correctly. So I do believe it is a healing crisis,or nerves being regenerated..and also sometimes people get worse before they get better. I have also talked to someone who had similar symptoms when juice detoxing. I do not believe it is just a random episode of my illness getting worse,as my lifestyle and diet has only improved DRAMATICALLY.

I titled that ,because I feel it is connected to my juicing and such. Too me,improving your diet and lifestyle, and symptoms get worse..means you are doing something right. Im probably pretty toxic..

Thats what I thought! I am happy to hear that others have had similar symptoms ... I was worried :)

Please let us know how you feel (in regards to your M.S.) after your juice fast. My dad has M.S. and eats SAD. He is interested in a veg*n lifestyle as I have really been piling on info of the benefits, but he hurts all the time and doesn't want to have something else to worry about. I have told him that it would be worth trying it for 30 days, but he is still unsure. Maybe if you feel better after a fast maybe I can tell him about that!

Also, your name implies that you were born in 1986 ... may I ask what country you live in? (I think you have said the US but I am not sure). My dad had a HORRIBLE time (we live in the US also) getting a diagnosis of M.S. without having a bone marrow extraction done. I was just wondering what you had to go through to get a diagnosis at the age of 25.

Oh, I have also been laying on the benefits of RAW to both of my parents to help reverse their illnesses and they are interested, but extremely intimidated, thats why I said that I am laying on the benefits of veg*n diets as I figure that I will just take it one step at a time with them :)
