Raw hummus is gorgeous - I keep trying different raw vegan recipes and fine-tuning the recipes to find what I like best.

I'll tell you what - I tried making raw hummus with sprouted chickpeas/garbanzo beans and it was awful. So don't bother with that!

I will definitely try out the zucchini hummus, looks good. I found a recipe online and I think I will try making it tomorrow:

2 cups peeled zucchini, chopped
4 Tbs. olive oil
1 and 1/2 lemon, juice of
3/4 cup ground sesame seeds
3/4 tsp. sea salt
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp. paprika
1 t ground cumin
Cayenne to taste

Definitely go with the raw zucchini hummus- there is a recipe somewhere where it calls for tahini, but I have found it hard to find raw tahini in my city. But if you can add some raw tahini- omg, tastes like the real thing- loooove it!
Good luck!

There's a recipe in Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine, I haven't tried it though! I hope I'm allowed to post recipes from books
Looking at it now, it's very similar to the zucchini hummus recipe posted above

"A delightful Hummus"

2 C pistachios, sunflower, or peeled almonds– finely ground
4 C cauliflower or zucchini – finely processed
2 avocados
½ C sesame oil
½ C lime juice
¼ - ½ C water
2 T cumin – ground
2 T coriander – ground
1 t pepper
1 t cayenne
1 t hing
2 T salt
Process until very smooth in a food processor. Taste and adjust for maximum flavor.

Here is something that i came up with by accident and it tastes like a hummus. It requires five ingredients, water and one nut bag.

Soaked one cup of sesame seed (Place the seed inside a nut bag and let them soak in filtered water within a large boll for about 5-8hours. Then rinse and let them drained for about 10 minutes)

Place in a good blender, add the juice of one lemon juice, pinch of himalayan salt, 1tsp of sweetener, 1/2 table spoon of coriander seed, add water if necessary and blend well. (adjust the ingredient to your taste, it is approximate, i don't measure)
