When I try to eat like 6 apples or something in one meal, its just too much for me. My body can't absorb it.
And today, my body is pooping out loads of apples I think. I can see the skin and everything.
Other fruits are good, I just think the apples are troublesome.
Does anyone have a trouble with apples like I do?

No. I'd never eat 6 apples at a sitting.
The first stage of digestion is chewing. I'm thinking you're not chewing enough ... and not just apples. Chew more. Mix with saliva; chew some more. Mix more. Chew more.

How many meals a day do you have? What are you eating mostly?
My main food is fruit. I might have nuts and seeds or greens depending on how low in fruit I have, and maybe potatoes.

Make sure to chew the apples really well. I just had 8 large apples for dinner and find they digest fine as long as I take my time eating them. Blending them into a smoothie or 'applesauce' can help also.

What do you think your digestive system cares about the most? That the food is mixed with saliva or that is chewed until it is really small?
Most people these days don't have time to take 2 hours eating a meal by chewing thoroughly.

That's why I often blend them into a drink. ;) But I also chew my drinks to get digestion going properly.

Which is why antacids are such a big seller.
