I was going through my cabinet for the buckwheat when I found I had a bag of wheat berries. I had completely forgotten about them! I bought them from WF a couple of weeks ago, and have about 1 or 2 C of them.
I've used wheat berries before to make wheat berry sprout bread (didn't like it too much), and then I made up a raw tuna recipe with them that I really liked at first but then it made me gag...
Any other good wheat berry recipes? Please and thank you :D
