Hi everyone!
I'm new here and I was wondering if anyone has had any luck juice fasting for sibo/ibs.
I'm planning on doing a juice fast and I was wondering if I should add any supplements that are antibacterial and if anyone has had any luck doing that. I'm going to stick to mostly green juices as the bacteria tend to live off of sugar and carbs. I was also thinking about adding some coconut oil. Any suggestions on how much? Anyone add colloidal silver when fasting? Or peppermint oil? Any tips or stories of people who have reversed their condition?:excited:
