Hello guys and gals...

So, I finally ordered Alissa's book and DVDs, and they arrived a couple days ago. Hubby (who is a meat eater except when I cook - then he's vegan!) and I sat down to watch the 1st DVD. About half way through it, he looks at me and says, "So when are we going to do this?"

I was shocked, "Really? You want to go Raw too?"
He said, "Yeah. It just makes sense. Let's do it!"

So...yesterday was our first Raw day! Hurray! My assistant at work even confessed that she wants to do it too. (I refuse to supress my enthusiasm - I've been sharing what I've been learning about Raw food for the last month)

I cleaned out the cupboards and the fridge today - wow, how daunting, but freeing at the same time!

Well, I'm off to the store...I'm hungry :)

My husband had a VERY similar reaction, when I showed him an article about mucoid plaque. That turned him into a raw foodist!

That is wonderful.

I have a couple of friends and family members who say they are going to go raw for a week...just to lose weight. Even though it's just a start, It's definately in the right direction. So I know how you are feeling now!

Don't supress your enthusiasm. Let it out!! This is worth celebrating!
