Hello,

I currently make my own toothpaste and wanted to make my own mouthwash now. For my toothpaste i use virgin cold pressed coconut oil, xylitol, red mill baking soda (aluminum free) and now pepperment oil. I was wondering if anyone made there own mouthwash and would have a recipe for me to try out. Or would know of any brands that don't have gylcerin in them.

What stage in the process do you want to use it. Is it after brushing or if you can not brush.

after brushing my teeth. Morning and night time.

Why do you need a mouthwash? Brushing and flossing will be enough if you are just worried about cleanliness.

Do you just want it for "freshness"?

Oh, and just in case you are worried about chemicals in the wax you can buy unwaxed floss.

Well i floss morning, lunch and night with unwaxed floss. I was looking for something for more cleanliness and freshness after flossing and brushing. Something like listerine.
