Dehydrator - only one type at a time?

I just received my Exc. and had a question regarding food types.
i.e. if you are making any bread type is it okay if you want to dry a fruit (pineapple) in the middle of the bread drying process, or visa verse? OR is it best to just dry the one type of food?

In other words, will adding the pineapple rack cause any problems with the bread since you are adding a very wet product?

Yes, I mix sweet and savory all the time and have never had a cross-over in their flavors. Enjoy your new toy! *Ü*
