Hi! I'm Queenie and I've been visiting this site for a while now. Thought I'd sign in and say how much I like the site and the people on it. I've been in a couple raw chat rooms and this one strikes me as the nicest, for what it's worth.
I've been mostly raw for a couple of months, still struggling to get to 100%. It's hard because I'm slim to begin with and quite the hedonist, and I know of no one else locally who is trying to go 100% raw (I'm in Baltimore). I have yet to post pictures, that's coming.
Thanks, everyone, for being there and for being so cool.

Hi Queenie. I agree with you this is a delighful forum with very supportive people. It is a great place to ask questions. I too am almost raw. I would love to 100% but am finding it difficult to give up just a couple of things that make raw possible for me like bottled salad dressing.
Good luck in your journey.

SG 2! (I have a reply from sweetgoddess also, this is funny.) Thanks for the reply.
I'm struggling with COFFEE! I was off it for months before going raw. Went raw... and look what happened! And I like going out to eat once in a while. I suppose I could just always order salad.
Well, good luck with the bottled dressings. Weird the things we cling to. I read in a book (The Detox Miracle Sourcebook) that the last bad food you cling to is the one that needs to be eliminated the most.
A big problem is that most of the raw people I know don't try for 100% and I really want to. I'm so motivated by other people that way.
