I read this quote yesterday in Alissa's book and was once again reminded of how important it is to never give up. When there is a bump in the road...that's all it is...just "keep on keeping on." :)

Getting right back to raw after a "cheat slip up whatever" is a great challenge. Continuing on the raw path despite some failures is really successful. It would be much easier to just give up and eat SAD food for days.
