I just wondered if anyone knows which pine pollen works? All pollen from all pine trees?
I am living in a mansion right now working on a book and setting up a major new IT company and I am living on juices I make from wild nettles and dandelion's etc. It's absoultely fascinating to me just how much one can get from nature to live healthy (I am on a long fast to heal psoriasis - so obviously this is not a long term solution - but it's lovely to know how much of nature is "there" for us when we need it).
Please guide if you know about the pine pollen! Thanks
