Okay I posted a few days ago and was stressed out. Well, I wanted to let you all know that I am not stressed anymore! I am feeling so much better! I have been doing the raw food thing pretty diligently and it is showing. My puffy ankles are gone. I have nothing but skinny little ankles now! This is what I remember from the first time I went raw while pregnant. I am feeling more energy although I still could use a little in that department. My secrets have been making green smoothies (even though my Vita-mix is still not here) and eating more veggies in general. I have my dehydrator going again!! So yeah really starting to feel into this! Feel free to follow my pregnany blog if you wish. I will be posting as regular as I can and including what I eat and recipes. I am over weight now and hope to lose some before baby is born and be in even better health than when I first got pregnant. This is my 8th blessing!! HE will be my 6th homebirth, Lord willing! So anyway I just hope to be an encouragement to others who are pregnant it can be done! I have 17 weeks to go! Come and join me!
