Newbie =] Starting on friday

Hey,

My name is christa and i am interested in eating raw. I am going to try to do a juice fast starting friday. i dont know anybody who has done this so im looking for some help so i can do this as effectively and safely as i can!

As for juice fasting, I have done it once, and many people on here do it regularly. I think that the moderator, Aleesha, is the fasting QUEEN. She has a plethora of information and recipes. there is a category of threads that you can look at called "fasting" here are two links to two of Aleesha's posts! You can also read her blog for lots of motivation! I am sure that she will be along shortly also!
