Hi Everyone

I would like to incorporate acai in my diet..but would like to know what the consensus is...raw or frozen...does it make a difference when using it fruit somoothies?:)
Any veggie it goes well with in smoothie?

i am a new to acai but have heard it really helps with psoriasis ( which I have)

I personally have gone with the frozen in the past, along with the liquid form, which you can find in Whole Foods now.

I would say this is not "cheating" really (even though marketers are clearly using "Acai" as another magic-pill health phenomenon, just like everything else. But this won't change until we all get wiser as a culture, so no use fretting about it.) - just take the liquid form or frozen form and use it to sweeten up your smoothie.
