What's the key to getting kale chips to be crunchy in the dehydrator? I've had success with baking them to crispiness, but not dehydrating. Also, it might be because I used a cheesy sauce (Ani Phyo's recipe) on them while dehydrating.. and I probably used more sauce than I should've. At the same time, I do like a lot of seasoning, so I guess that's kinda counterproductive, haha! They tasted great, but they just weren't crispy enough. Could someone maybe share a tasty cheesy kale chip recipe that turned out crispy? :)
