Why am I so happy?

So today is day four of my juice fast and I just feel like I am radiating waves of happy like it is some kind of horrible disease ;)

Is this normal? If so ... I LIKE IT!

enjoy it. I had that early in my switch to raw. I don't get it quite as pronounced now but then my lows are not as low either!

yes! It happened to me and is still going....weeeeeeee!! I posted in your blog before I saw this post.
After a 5 day fast I felt so happy. Going 100% raw afterwards is also keeping me on that 'green' giddy cloud. Some call it a 'pink' cloud, but I like green so much so.......'green' cloud it is.
I am heavy into fruit (80% of my diet). Maybe the fruit juices are juicing us up!!!

ohh wow enjoy it man.. you will have a lot more taste if you add some more juices in it. :)
