detox - tongue pain

Does anyone's tongue actually hurt during detox?? because mine just does not feel normal right now and on and off it just feels crazy!!! I won't go so far as to say it hurts like painful - but it definitely has a hurt tingle, almost like I burned it a bit

of all the things I read on the board about detox - it's always about the crap coming off the tongue(which I have) but anyone else have a tongue that kind of hurts too??

are you eating much in the way of mangoes, papayas, pineapple or kiwis? They can make the mouth and surrounding areas sore.

just a bit of pineapple juiced every once in a while that I add to other greens I am juicing
