Does anyone have tips in losing weight? I badly need any suggestions, tips and effective ways of losing weight.

As per Dan from liferegenerator, you will lose one pound a day. From his program, i can assure you that you will help your lymph fluid too.
He recommend
Morning eat as much fresh fruit. At lunch fresh fruits or salad (no oil or fat, suggestion for dressing "tomato, orange juice, fresh herbs and hot pepper". Diner a salad (you can add avocado but you need to be careful with that)
Once you have reach the healthy balance with your body, you can go on maintenance and add more gourmet or nut (soaked/fermented).
He pushes also green juice (celery, cilantro, parsley. etc...... whatever you can find, and sweet with apples)
PS Don't deprive yourself with fruits. They are amazing and heal.

I can't say what works for me other than exercise to lose a few winter pounds. I've never been over weight by more the five or six above my average.
I was reading again tonight about the benefits of kale. It supports a high testosterone level, which is beneficial toward helping lose weight. Eat your dark leafy bitter greens at a greater rate and that ought to help some. That's of course, just one part of the equation.

Eat smaller meals more often and drink lots of water. A form of exercise is really important to as it will get you feeling energized and help your metabolism. Yoga is great and walking.

Juice fasting is a great way to jump start your raw program. It might be a little much but If you can do it go for it. See the posts in the fasting section. It is very inspirationsal.

Get lot's of culturued foods, helps curve sugar cravings as well, flattens the tummy. Healthy clean water for hydration, at least one 24 ounce or more of fresh green juices daily. Sometype of movement daily, exercise, walking. Lot's of rawfoods, fiber, laughter, grounding, walking on the beach, earth etc. Making sure your going number 2's enough.
