I am on a juice fast and wanted to save my juice pulp/fiber to make pulp patties, crackers, etc.. after I finish my juice fast.
Can this be frozen and then defrosted to make these items? Or should I make out the pulp patties with all the mix ins, shape them into a patty, then freeze?
I just don't want to waste good pulp ;)
Thanks!!

so now i make the items right away and freeze the dehydrated items or i compost the pulp. cause freezing and thawing... yuck.
