Anyone at all? I'm trying to get a group of folks together in my raw support group to split the bill on this and pass it around. It's a lot cheaper than the actual seminar ($800) but still quite a bit for a person to spend on 6 dvd's.

It came in the mail, finally, on Monday.

So far I've seen the first 3 DVD's out of 6. This is a 12 hour seminar.

It has got to be the best video series on health that I've seen. It was worth every penny (5 of us from my raw group went in on it, so it was affordable)...going to the actual 4 day seminar is $800 so this is way more worth it, as you can stop, rewind, rewatch, etc.

It was way more than just about raw food. So far the subjects covered have been physiology, psychology, addiction, setting up your kitchen, social issues, over eating and emotional eating and a whole host of other stuff. I feel like I'm taking an exhaustive course on nutrition and the inner working of the body and mind.

Discussed was moving toward your goal, not overnight but gradually, making the viewer full aware that you can't go from one one type of raw eating to another immediately. They give excellent tips on getting there at your own pace.

I really liked the humility of the speakers, Dr. Doug Graham and Prof. Roz Grubin. They both are very open about how long they both struggled and started over before they had a handle on food. It makes the struggling viewer feel comfortable and not below them.

Can't recommend this collection enough! Fred puts a 100% guarantee on this set. But there was no dissapointment at all.

This sounds rAWSOME Sharon!
Lucky you to have friends to share the cost of it with.
I have several CD's by Dr. Graham and he is a good speaker.
It's good to hear even he/they had trouble staying raw at 1st; makes
me not feel so disappointed with myself for straying into cooked food
land sometimes. I'll get it "right" eventually.
In the meantime I'll save up for this!

Thank you so much Sharon for your review on Dr. Doug's DVD's. I've thought about getting them and would love to see them as I feel I'd learn so much. I appreciate hearing how good you think they are, thanks again!

This past summer and again next summer as I see on Doug's website they are offering their week long summer camp and it is located not very far from me. I'd sure love to attend next year! I can only imagine what I'd come away with from spending one on one time in the environment they create for the camp.

Guess I'll put the DVD's on my Christmas wish list!

I just ordered the DVD set last week - I'm so glad to hear such great feedback too. Piers and I went to Doug Graham and David Kleins Rawstock event this past summer. I can tell you that Doug is lean and muscled... very impressive. I'll listen to him anyday! He gave most of his talks in running shoes and running shorts... no shirt. He has great lats! Wonderful guy too. I'd love to attend sport camp!

Happy day!
