Hi! I have been mostly raw for a few years now. I have seen many health challenges go totally away. Heavy periods and I avoided a scheduled hysterectomy and also detox my high levels of mercury down to zero. Thank you Lord. :o) But now I am dealing with low glucose levels. Friends tell me i have a pre-diabetic condition and hypoglycemia. One diabetic friend even advised me not to drive, like I would tank over any minute. I do not *feel* it so he said that was even worse because now my body is not signally me. I dunno. Just wondering, have any of you had any history with this and how shall I eat. Ofcourse, my non-rawfood public is telling me I need meat and protein. Fruit, yes...no? Please help! My glucose levels were in the 50's and the normal range started in the 60's. Thanks for you time! Annette

What kind of raw food diet did you get?

You may want to consider to detox your body to heal it. I recommend to visit dr. Morse (youtube is morsend) or you can watch this about detox http://www.youtube.com/user/liferegenerator#p/a/u/1/NXTUmIOibMA

Fruits are so healing, don't be afraid of them. They flush your lymph which critical to get ride of acidocist. If you have inflammation, it cans lead to all sort of problem, including the condition you are mentioning.

Too much protein, cans lead to inflammation and high fat can lead to so many problem such diabetes, candida etc.... Dr. Morse has wonderful herbs that complement the detoxification.

Peace!
