so I am not completely "raw," and dont ever intend to be, but I am "mostly" raw.

I have been eating salad consisting of romaine lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, green olives, nutritional yeast and tahini every day for almost every meal. I cant get tired of it, it's delicious!

I also snack on saltless almonds in between.

my question is, is this too much fat? I am trying to gain some fat on my face and chest, and it has been working. also, when my mentrual cycle came around I broke out more than usual. I usually dont break out, or very rarely.

so, is all this fat doing my body any harm? I drizzle about half to a full spoon of tahini over the salad with about half an avocado and a small handful of green olives.

thank u all! <3

My best advice is to just listen to your body. It could be the fat causing breakouts, especially if you are not accustomed to eating it. Personally, I had to stop eating 100% raw because it was too much fat and was causing major havoc with my gall bladder and whole digestive system.

It would be too much for me personally, but I'd bet it's less than a lot of others here consume.

I feel better when I eat less fat. I rarely eat over 5-6%. My skin breaks out on those occasions where I over do it, if I over do it for too long.
