I've been reading differen views on oxalates. Some articles say they become harmful when greens are cooked, most say they are harmful in raw greens. Which is true of the two (I hope the first):confused

everyone here will say raw is better, however, without some scientific studies, I would call that dogma and not informed opinion.

Either way - rotate greens so that any overabundance of anything can be flushed out periodically.

If anyone has some real scientific studies, I'd love a reference. Someday I hope raw will get the serious research it deserves, there are so few doing the studies that will inform and sway the masses....

I agree. To me it's common sense that we shouldn't have to cook anything in order to eat it. But it would be nice to have some scientific studiew to back up what we instinctively know. :)
Thank you bothe for answering!

trusting earths scientist can be very foolish . many people give the title scientist , just like doctor and president , way too much respect . its time to stand on our own instincts and proove ourselves as theres way way too many punk idiots on earth running mouths and being listened to / respected that dont know what theyre talking about . starting right at the top from washington to hollywood to the united nations , punks galore on earth confusing everyone with punk ideas
