Day 1,and first noticed change..

On Day 2 of juice raw fast,and well It may sound little,but i have vision problems and spots in my eyes,like black spots when I rub my eyes and stuff,and when i'd rub my right eye there'd be a spot that'd appear in left side when my eye was closed that was yellow like,and black when eye was opened,well thats gone. It doesnt seem to appear anymore. I still have the other spots,so lets see if they get cleaned out as well. Very interesting,hm..

Ok I partly take that back,it seems the black spot still appears in left upper side vision in right eye when im rubbing my eye and its open ,but still when its closed,I dont see that yellowish spot anymore that ive seen for last 30 days at least, if its there...I cant see it anyway.
