Victoria Boutenko in her book said that she believes eating lots of greens (even if they are cooked) is more important than eating raw foods, if one has to choose between the two. She believes greens is the most nutritious food item. What do you think of her view?

I have been following her advice has many here. I don't resonate with the cook version of green because the amino acid will become cripple.
I think that since she was adding a lot of fruits in her smoothie, the fruits could have played a vital role in her increase of energy and vitality. Too much nut and seeds for me didn't work, it leaded me to have allergies but i am clearing this and will get my lymph working better.
I am back to the basic, i do fruits in the morning up to lunch then will have green smoothie or a green juice and salad at night. Sometime i do fruits even in the afternoon. I am finally regular and don't have anymore constipation. I was started to be constipate again and i couldn't figure out what to do or change in my diet that was already 100% raw and adding fruits was the key for me and i even dropped extra pound.
Fruit has the highest electro magnetic energy, they heal and rejuvenate your nerve system. There are so much fear around fruits that i even bought into that theory and i was trying to cut down my fruits consumption to only have my health take a toll.
Greens heal, balance your body, it very alkaline, it heals addictions and is a great source of amino acid.

Victoria Boutenko has inspired me a lot in changing my lifestyle and goals in life through her inspiring books and videos. I believe that lots of green in our diet is really important. One good about it is that it can balance or keep your body's pH at a healthier level. Moreover, it's a powerful antioxidant that supports our immune system. There are many more great reasons why eating greens is really important to our body. Anyways, Raw Angel Mom, you have an effective diet.

I 've read this before and think it's amazing! Do you have a link so I can read more about it? I agree fruits are the best thing for us. When I don't feel so good, I go a few days with just fruit, and it always helps!
Greens are important for minerals though.

You will find every version of the raw diet here and people who have success with every version! My personal experience was: once I started adding green smoothies to my raw diet, i saw a BIG difference. And it wasn't the fruit. I have never been a big fruit eater, I have to force myself to eat fruit. I was eating 1-2 pieces a day at most before the green smoothies, and after I added green smoothies, usually the only fruit I had that day was in the green smoothie.
