:tea:Hi all, I've been dabbling with raw blending and intermittant fasting for a short while now. I'm not a huge meat eater anyway and now am trying to do two to three days a week of eating/drinking only raw blending fruits and veggies (mostly veggies). I do notice a "different" energy and I like it. I am not craving coffee as I was. Some days now I only have two cups as opposed to drinking it all day long. That's huge for me. I would like to do the 30 day challenge but I don't have the confidence that I can sustain it.
I work really long shifts and at present am working days AND nights. When I get home after having worked all night I am famished and raid the cupboard. I could use some practical advice to battle this.
I'm can feel a transition to "gentleness" in my life and it seems to be leading me possibly to raw......vegan at the very least.
