Hi

Could anyone recommend natural topical or internal eye brightening items?

Thanks in advance :)

Bella Donna is natural but it's a poison. Why do you want to brighten your eyes?

My eyes brighten a lot whenever I juice fast.

how long does it last?
does it go back to being tired looking after that?
has anyone heard of rose water for eye relief?

If I don't drink enough water or if I exercise and don't rehydrate properly my eyes look tired. I make sure to drink some coconut water every day (for a boost of electrolytes), it might now work, but I feel it does and thats all that matters to me!

Also, are you talking about your eyeball or the area around your eye also? I have deep-set eyes and when I am low on iron they look like I got punched in the face. I make sure to eat good sources of iron and I also clean my face about 1-2 times a week with some grapefruit seed extract. I feel it helps my skin look better and a lot brighter and even toned! I can buy it for about 15 dollars and I wet my face and put about 6 drops on my fingers and massage it all over my face for about 3 minutes and then splash my face with water a few times and pat dry.

WARNING: Never EVER apply directly to skin without diluting first, is on the back of my bottle so I thought that I would pass it along. (the water on your face dilutes it enough though).

I am not sure exactly what you are looking for but dr. Morse has a eye wash.

If you do a lot of fruit (they detox and heal), your eye will change and you will radiate.

You can check with dr. Morse and ask him this question on his youtube (morsend), he is so generous with his time.

All the best!

My eyelids used to have a darker shade than the rest of my skin. It made me look slightly tired. After being raw for a few weeks it went away almost completely. I think if I continue it will only get better. Maybe once a week you can do a juice fast for a day. :)

No, I don't think mine ever look tired, unless well, I am tired.

I meant the color itself brightens... the more I heal and detox. But especially while fasting, my honey brown eyes get even brighter, an amber brown sort of color, sometimes hazelish/green coming through.

The changes are subtle, but lately (due to money issues mostly) I've been having to supplement my diet with a lot more cooked beans and what not and they are now a darker brown again.

Oh and they also get really bright and glossy right after I do an oil pull. You could try oil pulling every day and using a neti pot to clean your sinuses.. I've heard that can help with undereye circles if that's part of the problem. I don't know much about eyewashes.

What is an oil pull?

What is an oil pull?

It's where you swish oil (a nice cold-pressed one) through your teeth for 20 minutes

That seems easy enough! How often do you have to do it?

daily. there's an oil pulling thread on here somewhere if you search for it.

Yeah it really works, it's cool. I'm on day 2 of my new fast and my eyes already got the bright golden color again. It's the prana. :)
