This soup is much more than the sum of it's parts and must be tried. :)
Ingredients:
Carrots
Avocado
Sprouts (your favorites)
Sea salt
Garlic
The amounts I used were for one filling serving...
Juice the carrots to get just under 2 cups of carrot juice.
Put the carrot juice in a blender.
Add half an avocado.
Pinch or two of quality salt.
Add garlic, I used garlic powder as I'd no fresh stuff around.
Blend!
Put sprouts in a bowl and pour the soup over them, I used mung bean sprouts, my favorites. I used plenty of sprouts and it was a very filling meal.
I made this just now for the first time and it's an instant classic! :)
Loads of room for personalizing this with different spices and sprouts or replace the sprouts with anything you like really.
