I don't have any of her books and would love to get them - I can only find a 2-4 week delivery in the UK so if you know of somewhere I can get one even quicker?

where in the UK are you?
I would recommend the first one which has both method and recipes. I don't have the second one as yet. If you are near to Bristol you can have a look at mine.

If you're new to raw food, I'd suggest her first one as well.

Thanks - I'm in the Midlands so I will probably go with the first one and wait the few weeks to get it. Hoping to have it to read on holiday so fingers crossed! Will have a search to see if anywhere but amazon sells it!

Hoping to have it to read on holiday
If you are holidaying at home/somewhere in the UK I hope it arrives in time but it's way too heavy I would think if you are flying anywhere.

First one are Alissa's creation and she teaches how to do this journey (Great and easy recipe).
Second one are from her restaurant that are from mainly her chef creation (Amazing and delicious), very gourmet and more complex to do but bearable.

I love her first one, it was my Bible when I started this journey..I love the second one too, but like already said it is more complex and gourmet...if I was only to buy one...go for the first one.
You will love it. =)

I recommend the first one too. The second book's print (color of the font) is hard on the eyes.
