Looks like a mountain ash tree to me. Birds eat 'em. I would look it up for humans before you try.

Mountain ash is edible but is supposedly not that tasty, sour and bland. I have never tried it myself.

Rowan/Mountain Ash
traditionally used to make a jelly that goes well with certain non-vegan, cooked foods. Not suitable for raw food eating.

Yep. Rowan. Should have 11 leaves, generally (although there are variations). This is evident in your picture; 5 leaves symetrical with another 5 leaves, with one at the tip/middle, making 11.
Fruits OK for making jam but try to remove and avoid consuming the seeds, which are high in amygdalin. Same goes for elderberry. I used to have a North American foraging book by the name of 'The Neighbourhood Forager' which discussed this but I think I gave it away at some point.
