Favorite season?

I just realized when I went to the grocery store that apples were on sale and that fall is apple season!!!!! Fall is easily my favorite season because I love the fruit that is available then. In my area, this is the season that all of my favorite things go on sale. I can get a bushel of "animal feed" apples (ones where the top split, but if you cut off about 1.5 square inch of apple they are fine) for $12!:cheer:

I love that season too. I am considering to do an apple mono diet, i was waiting for the season to come.

mono is where you eat just one thing ... bananas seem quite popular for example!

mono can mean mono for a set period of time so for example 1 week of just bananas or it can mean mono-meal eating, for example just bananas for breakfast or lunch or supper but other foods at other meals - maybe those meals might be mono too but say one meal of greens and one of nuts. This is just an example you understand.

Yes this is only eating one thing, typically a fruit. Some do this with oranges, some say grape are very healing etc... I want to do this on apple because this is a fruit in my area.

Winter! Because you can play in the snow. And I love the way the snow muffles your voice and how it crunches under your feet!
Also, there are no spiders in winter!

Interesting. What would be the benefit of a mono diet? I would think that a variety of foods would be best for optimal nutrition.
