I have been raw off and on for the last year and a half, with 95% raw through out the entire time..now I am 100% though...and feeling great..except in my nose.
I get sores that hurt and feel tight, might bleed a little but not very often. If I put some cream, like neosporin, it feels better, but once I quit adding cream the sores get worse again.
Any idea what this might be? Could it be a vitamin def. or lack of fats? I am clueless?
Thanks

Ok, did some more research..can it be B12 deficiency?

how many sores? Are they in the same place each time? Sounds gross but if you have pets it can be flea bites or it could be mosquitoes.
If you get coldsores for example it could be one of the herpes family. It could be Staphylococcus aureus or even lupus!
It could just be further detox although I am never quite sure if I buy that ... but a lot of people will suggest it is.
Do you have other b12 deficiency symptoms? How is the state of your tongue and your finger nails?

Hi Mystic Tree.
a few sores in each nostril, the seam to be in the same area when they come back, very sore to the touch, probably because it is dry and "brittle" maybe.
I do have pets, fleabites itch, but doesn't hurt like this..I have ordered B12 will get it tomorrow, hoping it is the key. Got Jarrow brand 5000 mg lozenges, per investigation on this forum.
