I don't know if one of these have been done on this site before (and I didn't look), but I thought that it might be fun to start one. Just post what you ate today that was raw and include pictures if you want! I figure that it could give meal ideas to anyone needing one and any visitors can see that we don't just eat plain salad!

I will start ...

For breakfast I had an apple and a pear

For lunch I had a fruit salad that I made with raw apple that I chopped and salted lightly, dusted with cinnamon and then I added sun dried raisins that I left to soak overnight and then added some quinoa and sunflower seed sprouts for some added crunch.

For dinner I am going to have some live tacos made with sprouted lentils dusted with chili powder and cumin in raw sprouted corn tortillas with lettuce.

YUM!! :eat

This morning, I had Alissa's Banana Crepes with the Strawberry Sauce! SOOOO good!!! I can eat them every day!!!! For lunch, I made the Greek pizza from RFFE. For dinner I just ate one of my fabulous RAW Tacos!!!! I made the Tortillas using corn, red bell pepper, spices and flax meal. Then once they were made, I made Raw "beans" using sprouted sunflower seeds, Pico and Romaine to fill it in and added the cream cheese from LOLF! It was SOOOOO good!!!!! That was 15 minutes ago, and I'm STILL LICKING MY LIPS!!!! I can STILL taste the spices!!!! I feel guilty for not making a smoothie, but oh well! Everything else was delicious!!!!

I started my day with some cantaloupe with mint on top. Then I went to Whole Foods for lunch and had some amazing salads with raw croutons (so yummy) and Mojito (juice made fresh). Then tonight I had a heart shaped cooked dipped in chocolate that I purchased from a raw restaurant I was at for dinner a few nights ago. (Organic Lives in Vancouver, BC)

Oh and I had a raw granola bar as a snack.

mmmm yummy day indeed!!!

I'll answer for Yesterday since today just began:

For breakfast I had pineapple and strawberries

For lunch I had a raw salad (romaine lettuce, cucumber, shreaded carrot, red cabbage, red onion, cherry tomatoes)

For afternoon snack I had a banana

For dinner I had a raw lasagna (not sure what's in it--it came packaged from a health food store)

For an evening snack I had an avocado.

Between all that, I drank a lot of water.

I almost made a dirty joke about a midnight snack, but we should keep it clean in here.

Oddly enough I seem to be out of the fasting mode now Renee. *shocked face* I know... amazing eh?

I have a new man in my life and I simply LOVE to eat with him. I just love it. He's becoming more and more raw all the time... he LOVES his green smoothie every day and is embracing this lifestyle with me.

mystic, it's from organic lives in Vancouver - a raw restaurant. The cookie (http://organiclives.org/_product_95787/LOVE_HEART_COOKIE_(3pk)) is amazingly delicious and thick and the bottom half of the heart shaped cookie is dipped in chocolate! Not too sweet but very satisfying.

For breakfast I had a smoothie made from banana, quinoa sprouts, peaches, strawberries, dinosaur kale, ground flax and coconut water.

Snack was an apple while I took my 8 month old on a hike.

Lunch was crustless raw apple turnover.

Dinner was tacos. I made the "meat" from soaked sunflower seeds that I soaked and then blended with cumin, garlic, salt, pepper, and hemp oil and then I stirred in some lentil and adzuki sprouts and some raw sun-dried tomato pesto to make it more hearty. I put it on two sprouted corn tortillas with some romain lettuce  And there is even some left for tomorrow's lunch! With the tacos I had a large piece of yellow watermelon.

For snack tonight I am making a raw cherry crumble!

haha, good thread. Well I'm on vacation so I just brought along sesame, pumpkin, flax and chia seeds, and I've been just buying all the fresh greens, veggies and fruits I need for two days. I've just been soaking all the seeds the day before.

I'm just eating very mono, brought my salad spinner. Yesterday I bought romaine lettuce, dandelion greens, celery, red bell pepper, and strawberries. I had left over zuchinni and broccoli from the day before. Lemon juice and water. I wanted some sprouts and seaweed though. Well I brought the kelp tablets, vit-d and b12.

I made my first real raw 'bread' today: http://www.rawmazing.com/raw-sesame-and-flax-holiday-crackers/

It's currently dehydrating overnight. I spiced it up with dried onion flakes, garlic powder, ginger powder and sea salt. Also I substituted soy flour since my local store didn't have oat flour. Can't wait to try it tomorrow!

Also attempting to sprout for the first time! I just grabbed some quinoa, mung beans and sunflower seeds. The S.F. seeds are already chillin in the fridge with some dill and sea salt, tomorrow we'll see if the other stuff actually sprouted. Fingers crossed!

That sound yummy! For breakfast I had some yellow watermelon and some raw sunflower seeds. I never liked watermelon until going raw and becoming more knowledgable about produce. It turns out I was buying old watermelon before! No wonder I couldn't stand it!

I've bean eating super simple and clean the past 7 days.

My first meal today was 5 bananas.

I nibbled on mung sprouts and had a medjool date or two.

My second meal was a net of oranges, not sure how many were in it, a fair amount of them.

Nibbled on more sprouts.

Then for dinner I just had this soup: http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?66140-Simple-cheap-fast-delicious-soup-recipe!&p=672706

Which is FANTASTIC! :)

And I just can't get enough mung sprouts lately, the perfect snack to take with you on the move.

So far today I have had three apples and some sprouted taco dip with raw sprouted corn chips. I have also been drinking glasses of water with lemon wedges and a slice of ginger in them (every now and then I smash the ginger slightly to put more of it's juice in the water). Tonight I will probably have like 4-5 more apples and maybe a chocolate milkshake made from homemade raw nut milk, frozen bananas, a few dates, and some home ground cacao nibs.

I made the pepperama wraps from The Best of Raw Freedom Community cookbook. It is basically kind of a veggie leather but very tasty. I made mine with peppers, zucchini, celery, tomato, sun-dried tomato, avocado...then it is dried four hours on each side and is still flexible. I just filled one with peppers, avocado, salsa, and Snowdrop's Ranch Dressing. It was very satisfying.

So far today I have had a raw chocolate banana milkshake/smoothie.

For lunch some more sprouted bean dip (but I'm out of chips so I may add some tomatoe and eat it like chili).

And I don't know what I will have for dinner ... maybe another smoothie?!?! I have like 4 lbs of apples at home that are going to go bad if I don't eat them in the next day or so. I usually make a crustless raw apple turnover, but I want something new.

Today I ate an entire watermelon for lunch (I slept through breakfast).

For dinner I had some HORRIBLE raw pizza. I really need a recipe for the crust that is simple and doesn't taste like flax (I like flax, but not that much! The recipe also needs to not use a dehydrator as I don't have one yet).

For snack tonight I am having some raw ice cream sandwiches :eat

Breakfast - green tea
lunch - no lunch!, bad day at work, too busy
dinner - 2 carrots, 1 cucumber, 1/2 cauli, dipping sauce (made by blending cilantro, mint, green chilies, red onion, tomato, garlic, salt & lemon), 1 apple, 2 slices watermelon, 1 banana

It was a good day despite troubles at work since I managed to be 100% raw which is very hard for me to do.
