I am so excited! I got a blender and made strawberry banana smoothies and green smoothies!

How long will the green smoothie keep in the fridge inside the container?

I'm having the same moment as you! Headed out to Macy*s to get my very own KitchenAid blender! I came home and made a green smoothie (spinach, cucumber, wheatgrass, 1 apple, half a banana). Tasted yummy (not too sweet and not too plain). I put mine in a glass jar and sealed it for tomorrow's breakfast.

It should be alright in the fridge for at least one night! Congratulations on your new blender and smoothie!

I think that is a different amount of time for different people. Experiment. Drink some after increasing amounts of time and find your cut-off point. In general fresher is better but many people keep them over night or even up to 2 days. It will depend also what is in them.

2-3 days but i cannot stand it, it has to be fresh for me. Even the next day, it is too old for me. I will drink it within the same day.

Try to make a smoothie that you can drink the same day, reduce your ingredient.
