My local health store has quinoa in bulk . . . can I sprout it or do I need to get a special kind?

Also, can I sprout organic dried beans from the bulk section?

No-one will be able to answer that question, but many dried beans will sprout. Try sprouting them and find out. lf they sprout good, memorise the company name and always try buying seeds from them.

l'm about to have a nice sprouted lunch. Havin' sprouted millet (birdseed) with sprouted alfalfa with sprouted adzuki beans, sprouted lentils, kelp, algaes and digestive enzymes. lt'll be a ripper of a lunch mate.
