Hi there!

I am four weeks vegan now and while that has done wonders already, I feel the need to go all the way to raw. The healthier I eat, the less I seem to be able to tolerate cooked foods of any kind. I'm learning to listen to my body and feed it what it needs.

I've suffered from migraines most of my life, however the last several years have been significantly worse, which is what led me to go vegan. I knew a lot of my problem had to be coming from my diet. Getting rid of the animal products has made a huge difference already! I just know that going raw will improve my overall health even more. I am tired of feeling crappy all the time and the old way of eating just is not worth the suffering.

I've been learning so much scouring the internet for creative ideas for raw foods and I'm pretty excited that there is no reason in the world to feel deprived eating this way! Looking forward to getting to know other like-minded people on this forum and learning from all your ideas and tips.
