says on the label that it has a subtle flavour ... methinks it tastes quite strongly of coconut - which is nice :)
I used it for the first time today and I can see that a little goes a long way which is also good because it ain't cheap!
What do others use it for? I used it in my carrot cake frosting.

I just eat it out of the jar with a spoon! Sometimes I will put it on top of almond butter too, but basically I just use it like any nut butter.

I find it too rich for that.
I don't actually use nut butters. I don't have a dehydrator so I don't make breads and I can't think to put nut butters on veggies such as celery which I hear is popular.

I think I got it from the tofu guru on youtube. She's not all raw but she did a few raw recipes. I don't know where she got it from. It's very good though.

If you are into chocolate, you can make chocolate. You need warm water (two boll and one having the warm water), then add honey or any sweetner even pure date, then raw cacao. Mix, and spread on a baking sheet, put in freezer. Doesn't need to be there long, i use scissors to cut the chocolate in chips. You can add it in your smoothie, some people do that. I use raw coconut oil for my teeth or skin, i typically like the coconut butter for food preparation. Yes, using it as a frosting is a great idea.
I use it for brushing my teeth (amongst other things on the toothbrush), oil pulling plus any food recipes that call for it. :)

I use it on dry skin, which I still have a problem with in the winter at times. We really need a filter for our shower head... darn chlorine. I don't use it much for food yet, I only have a small jar. It also helps remove the sticky from jars that you remove labels from. Just rub on a tiny amount, let the item sit for a couple minutes then buff with a kleenex or rag. My SO is a label remover. LOL
I also occasionally just eat a spoonful. If I had more money I'd use it a lot more.

My jar has lasted for over a year. It won't go Quito as far ifi use it on my teeth a lot but it's silly to have it but not use it.

I use it daily as a wrinkle cream. It is also great for nail fungus.
