Mostly Raw

Hi,

I live in Japan. I've had terrible asthma and was in the hospital last year for a week because of it. Last November I went raw and all of my asthma went away! I've gone back and forth since then and each time I go off for more than a week the asthma kicks in again. I'd like to keep all raw, but it's hard with a family of teenagers.

I'm here looking for easy, good recipes to feed everyone.
