Hey all, I have been juicing just over 2 weeks now. Replaced 1 meal with juice the first week, then 2 meals with juice the second week.

This third week I have been having 3 juice meals a day but also something small to fill my hunger. Have lost 8lbs so far and am excited.

The question I need help with is: Can I juice three meals at a time (juice in the morning enough to last all day) with just a cheap $60 juicer or am I losing mostly all of its benefits? I've been doing it this way for 3 weeks now and just now found out my juice could be less potent than It should be. Cleaning the juicer 3 times a day isn't something I want to do but will if it makes that big of a difference.

Thanks for any help and keep juicing!

If you like the taste of juice that is juiced that far ahead then I say go for it if it makes your life easier. I don't like my juice to sit about that long. If it is going to sit about that long then I would store it in glass not plastic and keep it in the fridge obviously.

I suspect that some juices keep better than others but I juice and drink right away.

Thanks for your reply, it's much appreciated.

The next question I have is what juicer should I look to invest in.

The cheapest Breville is $150, are these the powerhouses of juicers?

What juicer do you use? Thanks again.

i have a jack lalanne juicer that we paid over $200 for, but I think most of the raw foodies on here use Champion juicers.

It'd be a lot easier buying something awesome like that if I thought for a second my family would also use it lol.

No one appreciated my freshly made mean green except me :(

I think I have a champion juicer, but it works amazing! And you get lotsa juice out of it,
if your willing to spend around $200 you could get an amazing juice thats worth the cost!
