spinach and tomatoe

:) ;) :) Well today I made a pint of spinach and tomatoe juice and it gave me so much energy I got on my treadmill for 23 mins. 7 mins. longer then I did it last time. I think next time I will make it to 30 mins too. Boy that was a big blast of energy. I look forward to many more of them Doug in Calif...

Ya know, once my husband took most of the bread out of his diet ( cooked - he now eats dehydrated ), ... he has more energy. Last night he did pilates with me for the second time - and kicked my butt!
