50 Pounds of tomatos and out of ideas....

I was blessed to get 50 pounds of organic roma tomatoes for 8$ yesterday. Always one for a great deal I bought them, not considering the magnitude of preserving or using them all. I plant to sun dry some, but is there anything else I could make with these? I can't use them all fresh.

make up some Marinara sauce and freeze in serving portions?

Make tomato puree and freeze.

I think drying is best though if you can run to drying so many.
