I have two small but raging mouth ulcers just where my teeth can catch the slightly swollen pad area inside my cheek. Indeed have bitten then once and eating is painful.
Does anyone have any natural remedy to offer? I am suffering a few detox-type symptoms at the moment but also a broken tooth which I will probably have extracted in the coming weeks - dentist appointment is booked to see what they say.
Feeling just a tad sorry for myself but not craving cooked foods/meats etc

Sounds painful! Have you tried anything yet? I would dab tea tree oil on them, or swish with salt-water. Also be sure if you have any food sensitivities to be extra careful to avoid them. I know some things make my cheeks swell on the inside, which makes them susceptible to getting caught between my teeth. If you make some raw popsicles, that would probably feel good in your mouth.

thank you ... popsicles would be lovely but I don't have a freezer. I'm doing salt water rinses so far.

I had something like that pop up on the roof of my mouth bout a year ago and it turns out I was allergic to kale...because I am allergic to sulfur. I also had these little red things that I thought were zits on my chest. I never get zits and the dr said that was allergy not acne. I just stopped eating kale and they went away. A couple days ago I ate a broccoli salad and I now have a big bump under my eyelid....I think the brassica family of veggies is a no no for me, lol. If you have introduced a new food into your diet recently, might want to take a look there. Good luck ;)
